HISTORY
Kari Taylor grew up in the Bismarck area where her family still resides.
She attended DACC and has over 13 years in the customer service business
beginning with banking, then insurance and now manufacturing/ green products.
Kari has been at Envirox since 2007. She started as a receptionist and
was promoted into Customer Relations. Envirox is locally owned and manufacturers
and distributes environmentally-preferred commercial and industrial cleaning
products. They were established in 1994 and are located at 1938 E. Fairchild
Street.

When you work with customers, there is no typical day. “Every
customer’s issue or need is a little different. Whether they call
about our specific cleaning products, dispensers or just general product
options, every day I get to help customers make decisions about environmentally-preferred
products versus harsh chemicals. We help customers and the environment.
Also, Envirox is family- oriented and a family-like environment. They
offer flex time and take care of co-workers. They understand that the
health and well-being of workers affects the company as a whole.”

growing and what you like to do. There are lots of options, but you have
to educate yourself first.
